摘要
目的探讨护理干预对胃癌术后早期肠内营养患者生存质量的影响。方法将74例胃癌术后早期肠内营养患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行护理干预,比较两组患者的生存质量情况。结果实施护理干预后,观察组患者的功能领域和症状领域评分与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预可有效降低胃癌术后早期肠内营养患者的胃肠道不适症状,提高其生存质量,可在临床中推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with early enteral nutrition after operation of gastric cancer.METHODS 74 patients with early postoperative enteral nutrition after gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the quality of life of the two groups was compared.RESULTS After nursing intervention,the functional area and symptom area scores in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Nursing intervention can effectively reduce gastrointestinal symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with early postoperative enteral nutrition in gastric cancer,which can be widely applied in clinical practice.
