老年性胃癌伴糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者的临床护理措施探讨

Clinical nursing measures for elderly patients with gastric cancer complicated with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction

目的探讨老年性胃癌伴糖尿病并发脑梗塞患者的临床护理措施。方法选取2017-2-2017-11我院收治的老年性胃癌合并糖尿病、脑梗塞患者66例,随机分为两组,对照组患者使用一般的常规护理方式,研究组患者使用更加科学合理的更加具有针对性特殊护理干预。结果研究组患者使用的特殊护理方式效果要好于对照组的一般常规护理方式;研究组的护理满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理老年性胃癌合并糖尿病、脑梗塞患者时,医院护理人员针对患者的不同情况制定更加科学合理的护理方案,并严格的按照方案实施护理,能有效的预防和减少患者发生其他并发症的现象,缩短患者的病程,使患者早日恢复身体健康。在临床护理工作中值得进一步的推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical nursing measures of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction.METHODS 66 cases of senile gastric cancer with diabetes and cerebral infarction treated in our hospital in February 2017 to November 2017 were randomLy divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with general routine nursing,and the patients in the study group were more scientific and reasonable and more specific and special nursing intervention was used.RESULTS The effect of special nursing methods used in the study group was better than the general routine nursing mode in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS When nursing elderly gastric cancer patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction,the hospital nurses make a more scientific and reasonable nursing plan according to the different conditions of the patients,and strictly follow the plan to carry out nursing.It can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of other complications,shorten the patient’s course and make the patient early.Restore health.It is worthy of further popularization and application in clinical nursing work.
