内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗消化道早癌的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastrointestinal cancer

目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗消化道早癌的围手术期护理。方法回顾我科2016-1-2017-1收治的行ESD手术治疗的204例患者临床资料,所有患者均接受我科针对ESD患者的术前护理准备、术中及术后等围手术期护理措施。观察患者的治疗效果,随访1年,记录患者发生术后并发症的情况。结果 204例患者均行ESD手术治疗,184例病变完整切除,20例病变分块切除,完整切除率为90.19%。随访1年,接受随访的189例患者均无复发、病变残留情况。结论ESD手术是治疗消化道早癌的有效手段,但其操作复杂、对患者的影响大,做好围手术期护理是保证治疗效果,减少术后复发和并发症的关键。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the perioperative nursing of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of early digestive tract cancer.METHODS To review the clinical data of 204 patients who underwent ESD operation in our department during January 2016 to January 2017.All patients accepted perioperative nursing measures for patients with ESD,such as preoperative nursing preparation,intraoperative and postoperative care.The patients were followed up for 1 years,and the postoperative complications were recorded.RESULTS All 204 cases were treated with ESD operation,184 cases were completely removed,20 cases were divided by block resection,and the total resection rate was 90.19%.After 1 years of follow-up,no recurrence and residual disease were found in 189 patients who were followed up.CONCLUSIONS ESD operation is an effective way to treat early gastric cancer,but its operation is complex and has great influence on patients.Perioperative nursing is the key to ensure the treatment effect and reduce postoperative recurrence and complications.
