预防性护理干预对肿瘤患者PICC置管机械性静脉炎发生率的影响

Impact of preventive nursing intervention on the occurrence of mechanical phlebitis in cancer patients

目的探讨预防性护理干预对肿瘤患者PICC置管机械性静脉炎发生率的影响效果。方法将我科2015年度52例PICC置管患者为对照组和2016年度60例PICC置管患者观察组,对照组按PICC置管术常规护理;观察组在常规护理前提下予预防性护理干预,即在未发生机械性静脉炎情况下,提前对患者进行机械性静脉炎护理干预。结果观察组患者机械性静脉炎发生率低于对照组,两组机械性静脉炎防治效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理干预可有效消除或减轻机械性静脉炎的发生,具有临床意义。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of preventive nursing intervention on the occurrence of mechanical phlebitis in cancer patients with parenterally inserted central catheter.METHODS 52 cancer patients in 2015 were into the control group and the 60 cancer patients in 2016 were into observation group.The control group received parenterally inserted central catheter patients conventional care.The observation group was given preventive nursing intervention based upon conventional care.That did not happen mechanical phlebitis cases,for patients with mechanical phlebitis ahead of the nursing intervention.RESULTS The RESULTS showed that the rate of mechanical phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group.There were statistical differences between the two group in mechanical phlebitis control effect.CONCLUSIONS Preventive nursing intervention on cancer patients can be effective in eliminating or reducing mechanical phlebitis symptoms,which is of clinical significance.
