摘要
目的探讨社区护理应用于留置PICC肿瘤患者中的效果。方法选取本院96例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,比较两组肿瘤患者的护理总满意率、并发症发生率(一次性置管成功率、平均外周静脉置入中心静脉导管时间等。结果实验组患者护理总满意率、一次性置管成功率、并发症发生率、平均导管时间显著短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论社区护理对肿瘤患者PICC(外周静脉置入中心静脉导管)护理的应用效果良好。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of community nursing in patients with indwelling PICC tumor.METHODSChoose 96 patients with tumor in our hospital as the research object,compared two groups of patients with tumor of nursing total satisfaction rate,incidence of complications(one-time success rate of catheter,the average peripheral vein in central venous catheter time,etc.RESULTS The total satisfaction rate of nursing,the success rate of disposable catheterization,the incidence of complications and the average catheterization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Community nursing has a good effect on PICC nursing of tumor patients.
