循证护理在癌症患者心理护理中的应用价值评价

目的探究应用循证护理对癌症患者的负面心理状态产生的影响。方法在我院运用方便取样法随机采取54例癌症患者,对照组27例实施常规的护理措施;观察组27例实施循证护理干预措施。将两组患者入院后第7天时与入院前的抑郁焦虑的心理状态进行对比。结果干预前,两组SAS及SDS评分对比差异不显著,P>0.05;干预后,两组SAS及SDS评分均低于干预前,差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05,且观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论运用循证护理对癌症患者进行心理护理能有效缓解癌症患者的负面心理状态,使患者积极配合治疗,有助于病情的改善,延长生命。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in patients with cancer of the impact of negative psychological state.METHODS In our hospital use convenient sampling method random 54 cases of cancer patients,27 cases were conventional nursing measures;Observation group of 27 cases of the implementation of evidence-based nursing interventions.The two groups of patients with 7 dafter admission to the hospital before the depression of comparing the psychological state of anxiety.RESULTS Before the intervention,two groups of SAS and SDS score comparison difference was not significant,P>0.05;After the intervention,two groups of SAS and SDS scores are lower than before the intervention,,significant difference was statistically significant,P<0.05,significantly lower than the control group and observation group,P<0.05).CONCLUSIONUsing the evidence-based nursing to cancer patients psychological nursing can effectively alleviate the negative psychological status of patients with cancer,the patients cooperate treatment actively,help to improve condition,prolong life.
