摘要
目的观察中西医结合护理对缓解脑肿瘤术后患者疼痛的效果。方法选取我院2017-1-2018-1收治的行脑肿瘤手术的患者的54例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组27例患者,实施常规护理,观察组27例患者,实施中西医结合护理,比较两组患者的术后疼痛情况和睡眠情况。结果两组患者术后疼痛评分(VAS)比较,观察组患者明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者的睡眠情况评分(SRSS)明显对照组患者,差异具有统计学(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理在缓解脑肿瘤术后患者疼痛方面具有很好的临床效果。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on relieving pain of patients after brain surgery.METHODS 54 patients who underwent brain surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January2018 were selected,and devieded into control group(n=27)received routine nursing and observation group(n=27)implemented combination Chinese and western medicine nursing.Postoperative pain and sleep were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The postoperative pain scores(VAS)were compared between the two groups,and the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep condition score(SRSS)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The combination of Chinese and western medicine has a good clinical effect in relieving the pain of patients after brain surgery.
