青年乳腺癌的临床病理特征与分子分型及预后情况

Clinicopathological features,molecular typing and prognosis of young breast cancer

目的分析青年乳腺癌的临床病理特征、分子分型与预后情况。方法选取2013-2-2017-3接诊的51例低龄青年乳腺癌患者为A组、选取同期55例青年乳腺癌患者为B组、同期53例中老年乳腺癌患者为C组,分析3组病理特征、分子分型、预后。结果 A组、B组、C组肿瘤复发、淋巴结转移、分子分型差异显著(P<0.05);A组复发/转移较B组和C组高(P<0.05);转移/复发、分子分型均影响青年乳腺癌患者预后(P<0.05)。结论青年乳腺癌患者具有复杂的临床病理特征且预后差,在实际工作中应当尽早作出诊断。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinicopathological features,molecular classification and prognosis of young breast cancer.METHODS A total of 51 young breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2013 to March 2017 were selected as group A and 55 young breast cancer patients were selected as same period.At the same period,53 cases of middle-aged and older breast cancer patients were in group C.The pathological characteristics,molecular classification,and prognosis of the three groups were analyzed.RESULTS The tumor recurrence,lymph node metastasis and molecular typing of group A,group B and group C were significantly different(P<0.05).The recurrence/metastasis of group A was higher than that of group B and C(P<0.05);metastasis/recurrence,molecular Classification affects the prognosis of young breast cancer patients(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Young breast cancer patients have complex clinical and pathological features and poor prognosis.Diagnosis should be made as soon as possible in actual work.
