中医健脾养胃法在胃癌治疗中的应用探讨

Application of spleen strengthening and stomach nourishing therapy in treatment of gastric cancer

目的探讨中医健脾养胃法在胃癌治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016-12-2018-1期间收治的胃癌患者117例开展研究,按照随机对照原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组58例,观察组59例,对照组以化疗为主要治疗方案,观察组采用健脾养胃法联合化疗的治疗方案,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为72.88%,对照组临床治疗有效率为53.45%,在统计数据方面观察组占据显著优势,P<0.05。在经过治疗后,两组患者生活质量均得到显著提升,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论健脾养胃法应用于胃癌的治疗,效果显著,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Chinese medicine Jianpi Yangwei method in the treatment of gastric cancer.METHODS A total of 117 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to January2018were selected and studied.The randomized controlled trial was divided into a control group and an observation group,a control group of 58 patients,and an observation group of 59 patients.The control group received chemotherapy.method of strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach combined with chemotherapy,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.RESULTS The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 72.88%,and the effective rate in the control group was 53.45%.In the statistical data,the observation group occupies a significant advantage,P<0.05.After treatment,the quality of life of both groups was significantly improved,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSIONS The method of invigorating the spleen and nourishing the stomach is effective in the treatment of gastric cancer.It can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life and is worthy of clinical promotion.
