维持血液透析患者肿瘤发生及其相关因素的探讨

Tumor occurrence and its related factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients

目的探讨维持血液透析患者肿瘤发生情况及其相关因素。方法选取北京中医院顺义医院2014-1-2017-12收治的维持性血液透析患者83例为研究对象,收集患者的一般资料及实验室检查结果,分析与恶性肿瘤相关的因素。结果83例维持性血液透析患者发生恶性肿瘤9例(10.8%),其中泌尿系统发生率最高55.6%,恶性肿瘤发生与高龄、长时间透析、低白蛋白血症相关。结论维持血液透析患者容易发生恶性肿瘤,其中以泌尿系统最常见,对于高龄、长时间透析的低蛋白血症患者需加强监测。

OBJECTIVE To explore the occurrence and related factors of tumor in patients with hemodialysis.METHODS Selection methods from January 2014 to December 2017 were treated 107 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis as the research object,collect the patient’s general data and laboratory test results,analysis of the factors associated with malignant tumor.RESULTS 83 patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients undergo malignant tumor 9cases(10.8%),among them the occurring rate of urinary system is up to 55.6%,malignant tumor associated with older age,dialysis for a long time,low serum albumin leels related.CONCLUSIONS It is easy to develop malignant neoplasms in patients with hemodialysis,which is the most common in the urinary system,and it needs to be monitored in patients with low protein level of advanced age and long time dialysis.
