神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗术护理研究

Nursing study on interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms in neurosurgery

目的探讨神经外科颅内动脉瘤介入治疗应用整体护理的临床价值。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2016-1-2017-12收治的颅内血管瘤行介入治疗的患者90例为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组各45例,比较两组患者心理状态、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组患者术前、出院时心理状态显著优于对照组,观察组并发症发生率和护理满意度也显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论整体护理应用于颅内血管瘤患者有利于患者的预后,减少并发症发生,提高护理满意度。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the neurosurgical intracranial aneurysms interventional treatment of the clinical value of application of holistic nursing;Selection METHODS Select our hospital in January 2016 to December 2017 interventional treatment of 90 cases of patients with intracranial aneurysm line as the research object,according to different nursing METHODS Are divided into observation group and control group(each 45cases),compared two groups of patients’ psychological state,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction;RESULTS The observation group of patients with preoperative,discharged mental state is significantly better than control group,observation group complications and nursing satisfaction was also significantly better than the control group(Pall<0.05).CONCLUSIONS holistic nursing was applied to patients with intracranial aneurysm is beneficial to the prognosis of patients,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
