经纵裂胼胝体入路小儿松果体区肿瘤显微切除术的护理配合

Nursing cooperation of the microsurgery resection for pediatric pineal region tumor via approach of transcallosum-hemispheres

目的总结小儿松果体区肿瘤经纵裂胼胝体入路显微切除术的术中护理配合。方法回顾性分析26例小儿松果体区肿瘤经纵裂胼胝体入路显微切除术的手术配合过程,包括术前准备和术中配合。结果 26例手术顺利完成,术中配合满意,肿瘤全切除23例,大部分切除3例,无死亡病例。结论手术室护士精细的术前准备;娴熟的配合技巧;标准化的操作流程;是降低手术风险,确保手术顺利实施的的重要条件。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the pediatric pineal region tumors by microsurgery of longitudinal crack corpus callosum approach of intraoperative care with method a retrospective analysis of 26 cases of infantile pineal region tumors by microsurgery of longitudinal crack corpus callosum approach surgery coordination with the process,including preoperative preparation and intraoperative coordination.RESULTS In 26 cases,the operation was completed successfully,and the intraoperative cooperation was satisfactory.CONCLUSIONS Careful preoperative preparation of operating room nurses;Good coordination skills;Standardized operation procedures;It is an important condition to reduce the risk of surgery and ensure the smooth operation.
