口腔癌切除后应用带蒂组织瓣修复的护理分析

Nursing analysis of pedicled flap repair after resection of oral cancer

目的探讨口腔癌切除后应用带蒂组织瓣修复的护理措施。方法选取2017.1-2017.12四川大学华西口腔医院头颈肿瘤外科收治的口腔癌切除术后应用带蒂组织瓣修复的患者58例作为研究对象参与本次研究,给予患者针对性护理干预,分析护理干预对患者的护理效果的影响。结果患者修复术后采取有效的护理措施,仅有2例胸大肌肌皮瓣出现坏死,其他组织瓣全部存活,效果较好。结论对口腔癌切除后应用带蒂组织瓣修复的患者进行护理干预,能够确保组织瓣的存活效果,保证临床治疗效果和护理效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing measures of pedicled flap repair after oral cancer resection.METHODSFifty-eight patients with pedicle tissue flaps after excision of oral cancer treated in our hospital from 2017.1-2017.12 were selected as study subjects to participate in this study.Patients were given targeted nursing interventions to analyze nursing interventions for nursing care.The effect of the effect.RESULTS After the patients were repaired,effective nursing measures were taken.Only2 cases of pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps appeared necrosis.All other tissue flaps survived with good results.CONCLUSIONS Nursing interventions for patients with oral pedicle flaps after excision of pedicled tissue flaps can ensure the survival of tissue flaps,ensure clinical treatment effects and nursing effects,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
