针对性护理应用于皮肤软组织扩张术治疗头面部血管瘤的临床价值

Clinical value of targeted nursing in the treatment of head and facial hemangioma by skin and soft tissue expansion

目的探讨皮肤软组织扩张术治疗头面部血管瘤的护理方式。方法选取我院2016-2-2018-4收治的血管瘤行皮肤软组织扩张术治疗的患者60例为研究对象,比较两组患者的临床疗效、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组临床疗效、护理满意度显著优于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论针对性的临床护理相配合皮肤软组织扩张术治疗血管瘤,可显著提高临床疗效,减少并发症的发生率,值得推荐。

OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing method of skin soft tissue dilatation for treatment of head and face hemangioma.METHODS 60 cases of hemangioma treated with skin and soft tissue expansion in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected as study objects,and clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group(all P< 0.05).CONCLUSIONS the treatment of hemangioma with targeted clinical nursing combined with skin and soft tissue expansion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of recommendation.
