荧光腹腔镜ICG染色肝脏肿瘤切除术的手术配合

Operative coordination of fluorescence laparoscopic ICG staining for liver tumor resection

目的探讨荧光腹腔镜ICG(indocyaninegreen注射用吲哚菁绿)染色引导下肝脏肿瘤切除术的手术配合要点。方法回顾我院择期行荧光腹腔镜ICG染色肝脏肿瘤切除术的10例患者,总结其手术护理配合情况,包括术前准备、术中配合以及手术安全管理等。结果 10例患者均手术顺利,术后恢复良好。结论充分的术前准备、巡回护士与器械护士娴熟的配合、手术医生良好的操作技能、术中医护的协调配合是手术成功的关键。

OBJECTIVE To explore the key points for the operation of the liver tumor resection guided by fluorescence laparoscopic indocyaninegreen(ICG)staining.METHODS Retrospective review of 10 cases of laparoscopic ICG staining of liver tumors in our hospital,summarize the operation nursing cooperation,including preoperative preparation,intraoperative coordination and surgical safety management.RESULTS All the 10 patients had smooth operation and recovered well after operation.CONCLUSION Sufficient preoperative preparation,skilled nursing of the roving nurse and instrument nurses,good operation skill of the surgeon,and coordination of the medical care in the operation is the key to the success of the operation.
