微创胃癌根治术中应用手术室护理干预的具体价值观察

Observation on the value of nursing intervention in operation room in minimally invasive radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer

目的探讨在微创胃癌根治术中借助微信公众平台完成有效的手术室护理干预的临床效果。方法将阿坝州人民医院手术室2015-2-2017-3诊治的胃癌早期、接受微创胃癌根治术治疗的患者92例研究,随机分为两组,对照组按照传统的术前访视方法,观察组借助微信公众平台完成手术室的护理干预,比较两组干预效果。结果观察组患者的焦虑评分、手术时间、住院时间均低于对照组;观察组患者术后并发症率为4.35%,对照组患者术后并发症率为17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术中借助微信公众平台用藏、汉双语给予患者有效的手术室护理干预可促进手术顺利进行并降低术后并发症,有助于患者康复及预后。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in operating room during minimally invasive radicalgastrectomy for gastric cancer.METHODS From February 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of early gastric cancer,minimally invasive radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients with a total of 42 cases as the study sample,randomly divided into control group implementation of conventional nursing,observation group implementation of operating room nursing intervention,compared the effect of two groups of intervention.RESULTS The operation time,hospitalization time and anxiety score(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The postoperative complication rate was4.35%in the observation group and 17.39%in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Effective nursing intervention in the operating room in minimally invasive radical gastrectomy can promote the operation smoothly and reduce postoperative complications,which is conducive to the recovery and prognosis of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
