实施优质护理干预对于妇科肿瘤患者术后康复的影响探讨

Effect of high quality nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of gynecologic cancer patients

目的探讨优质护理干预对于妇科肿瘤患者术后康复的影响。方法选取2016-1-2017-12收治的妇科肿瘤患者100例为研究对象,比较两组患者的手术情况、术后并发症、生活质量等。结果观察组患者手术情况优于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,生活质量高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于妇科肿瘤患者可减少术后并发症的发生率,有利于患者的术后康复,提高生活质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of quality nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of gynecological tumors.METHODS 100 cases of gynecological cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and the operation conditions,postoperative complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS High quality nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in gynecologic cancer patients,and it is helpful for patients to recover and improve their quality of life.
