优质护理在高位颈椎骨折患者术后康复及肿瘤病理性高位颈椎骨折患者后期治疗中的作用研究

Study on the role of high quality nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with high cervical spine fracture after operation and the late treatment of patients with pathological high cervical spine fracture

目的探讨优质护理在高位颈椎骨折患者术后康复及肿瘤性骨折后期治疗中的影响情况。方法高位颈椎骨折手术患者90例,根据手术时间不同分为研究组45例与对照组45例,对照组患者采用传统护理模式,研究组采用优质护理服务模式,比较两组患者的护理情况。结果研究组住院时间为(20.14±2.18)d,明显短于对照组的(28.43±2.25)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率2例(4.44%),明显少于对照组的5例(11.11%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能4个维度评分均明显低少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肿瘤性高位颈椎骨折患者比对照组再次发生骨折时间较短。结论优质护理服务在在高位颈椎骨折患者术后康复治疗中有利于患者预后功能恢复,提高生活质量,值得推广应用,同时针对于肿瘤病理性高位颈椎骨折患者来说,优质护理研究效果需通过后期进一步研究证明。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and postoperative treatment of tumor fracture in patients with high cervical spine fracture.METHODS 90 patients with high cervical spine fractures were divided into study group(45cases and control group)according to different operation time.The control group used traditional nursing mode.The study group used high quality nursing service mode to compare the nursing conditions of the two groups.RESULTS The length of hospital stay in the study group was(20.14±2.18)d,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(28.43±2.25)d.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2(4.44%),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.11%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patients with high cervical vertebrae fractures in the study group had shorter fracture time than the control group.CONCLUSION Quality nursing service is beneficial to the recovery of prognosis function and quality of life in patients with high cervical spine fractures.It is worthy of popularization and application.For patients with high-grade cervical fractures,the effect of quality nursing research needs to be passed.Further research in the later stages proves.
