PICC护理门诊的组建及规范化管理方式对肿瘤患者的影响

Influence of PICC nursing outpatient service construction and standardized management on tumor patients

目的探讨PICC护理门诊的组建及规范化管理方式。方法选取我院成立PICC护理门诊后2016-9-2017-9进行PICC置管或维护的肿瘤患者70例为观察组,另选取PICC护理门诊设立前的置管患者70例为对照组,比较两组患者的置管时间、复诊率、并发症。结果观察组患者置管时间和复诊率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症共2例(2.9%),显著低于对照组9例(12.9%)(P<0.05)。结论 PICC门诊采用优质护理可提高患者的置管时间和复诊率,降低并发症发生率,另外还可为出院患者提供优质的导管维护服务,规范化管理有利于护理质量的提高。

OBJECTIVE To explore the establishment and standardized management of PICC nursing clinic.Selection methods to select our hospital was set up after PICC care clinics in September 2016 to September 2017 of 70patients with PICC catheter or maintain the as the observation group,the other selected PICC care clinics set up in front of the catheter in patients with 70 cases as control group,compared two groups of patients with catheter time,return rate,complications.METHODS The observation group of patients with catheter time and follow-up rate is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the observation group of patients with complications were 2cases(2.9%),significantly lower than control group in 9cases(12.9%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS PICC outpatient adopt high quality nursing care can improve patients with catheter time and follow-up rate,reduce the incidence of complications,and also can provide high-quality catheter maintenance service to discharged patients,standardization management is beneficial to the improvement of nursing quality.
