手术室压疮风险因素评估量表在预防手术肿瘤患者压疮中的运用

Application of operating room pressure sore risk factor assessment scale in prevention of surgical tumor patients

目的探讨手术室压疮风险因素评估量表在预防手术患者压疮中的临床价值;方法选取北京中医医院顺义医院2017-1-2017-12在手术室行手术治疗的120例患者为研究对象,观察本组患者的压疮发生率和护理满意度;结果 120例患者压疮发生1例(1.7%),关于护理满意度中十分满意66例(55%),满意44例(36.7%),不满意10(8.3%),满意度为91.7%。结论压疮风险评估量表降低患者发生压疮的风险,有利于维持良好的护患关系和提高患者的住院舒适度,值得推荐。

OBJECTIVE To explore the operating pressure ulcer risk factors assessment scale clinical value in prevention of surgical patients with pressure ulcers;METHODS We selected 120 patients in the operating room as the research object of our hospital in January 2017-December 2017,observed the incidence and nursing satisfaction of patients in this group.RESULTS In the 120 cases,1case(1.7%)of patients with pressure ulcers was satisfied,and 66cases(55%)were satisfied with nursing satisfaction,44cases(36.7%)were satisfied,and 10(8.3%)were not satisfied,and the satisfaction was 91.7%.CONCLUSIONSThe pressure ulcer risk assessment scale reduces the risk of pressure ulcer in patients,which is helpful to maintain good nursing relationship and improve patient’s hospitalization comfort.
