参麦注射液防治恶性肿瘤化疗所致心脏毒性的护理方式

Nursing care of Shenmai injection in preventing and treating cardiac toxicity induced by chemotherapy in malignant tumors

目的探讨参麦注射液防治恶性肿瘤化疗所致心脏毒性的护理方式;方法选取我院2017年2月-2018年2月收治的恶性肿瘤患者90例我研究对象,比较两组患者心脏功能及心肌酶谱;结果观察组患者采用针对性护理,心脏功能及心肌酶谱显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);结论恶性肿瘤患者采用化疗治疗,同时辅助参麦注射液和针对性护理可有效保护心脏功能,提高临床疗效,值得推荐。

OBJECTIVE To explore the nursing methods of shenmai injection for the prevention and treatment of cardiac toxicity caused by chemotherapy.METHODS I selected 90 patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018,and compared the cardiac function and myocardial enzyme spectrum between the two groups.RESULTS The patients in the observation group received targeted nursing,and the cardiac function and myocardial enzyme spectrum were significantly superior to the control group(all P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS The treatment of malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy and the assistance of shenmai injection and targeted nursing can effectively protect the cardiac function and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of recommendation.
