肿瘤合并急性心肌梗死患者经桡动脉行急诊PCI的全程介入护理探讨

目的探讨肿瘤合并急性心肌梗死患者经桡动脉行急诊PCI的全程介入护理效果。方法选择我院2017-1-2017-9期间接诊的肿瘤合并急性心肌梗死患者79例进行分析,按照入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组39例,观察组40例,对照组接受常规心脏疾病介入治疗护理,观察组应用PCI全程介入护理,对比两组患者临床护理满意度、不良反应发生率以及临床心脏功能恢复时间、住院时间。结果观察组患者在护理满意度、不良反应发生率以及心脏功能恢复时间、住院时间方面均显著优于对照组,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论肿瘤合并急性心肌梗死患者经桡动脉行急诊PCI的全程介入护理效果显著,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE The whole nursing effect of transradial emergency PCI intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction.METHODS In our hospital during January 2017-2017 in patients with acute myocardial infarction in 79 cases during September were analyzed and randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in the control group,the observation group in 40 cases,,the observation group CIA application of PCI in the whole nursng,compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing satisfaction,the incidence of adverse reactions and clinical symptoms.RESULTS The observation group patients in nursing satisfaction,adverse reaction Should the incidence and time of symptoms was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSIONS The whole nursing effect of transradial emergency PCI intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction is significant,worthy of promotion.
