早产胎膜早破90例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 90 Cases of Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes

目的 探讨早产胎膜早破 (pretermprematureruptureofmembranes,PPROM)的原因和妊娠结局。方法 对 90例PPROM进行回顾性分析。结果 78.9%的PPROM有易发因素存在。生殖感染是最重要的原因。孕 2 8～ 3 4+6 周与孕 3 5～ 3 6+6 周间 ,PPROM的分娩方式比较 ,差异无显著性的意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。孕 2 8～ 3 4+6 周PPROM新生儿发病率和母亲产褥病率明显高于 3 5～ 3 6+6 周者 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 对不同孕周胎膜早破患者应采取不同治疗方案 。

Objective To study the causes and pregnancy outcomes on preterm premature rupture of membranes(PPROM). Methods 90 cases of PPROM were reviewed Results 78.9%PPROM had predisposing factors. The preproductive organ infection was major cause, Compared in patients at 28～34 +6 weeks gestation with 35～36 +6weeks gestation on PPROM, modes of delivery had no statistically differences (P>0.05). Neonates morbiaity and postpartum infections were higher in patients at28～34 +6 weeks gestation than 35～36 +6 weeks gestation (P<0.01).Conclusions Patients of PPROM with different week of pregnancy should be treated with different methods to decrease the prenatal complications.
