膝关节韧带损伤的MRI诊断

MRI Diagnosis of the Injured Ligaments of the Knee Joints

目的 研究膝关节损伤的MRI表现及诊断价值。方法 对经手术、关节镜检查或临床证实的 2 9例 3 6条膝关节韧带损伤的MRI进行回顾性分析。结果 3 6条韧带损伤中 ,前交叉韧带损伤 11条 ,后交叉韧带损伤 5条 ,内侧副韧带损伤 13条 ,外侧副韧带损伤 4条 ,髌韧带损伤 3条。韧带损伤MRI表现为韧带连续性中断 ,断端移位 ,边缘模糊 ,局灶性或弥漫性肿胀 ,信号增高。结论 MRI能准确诊断韧带损伤的部位和严重程度 ,还能发现多种并发损伤 。

Objective To study the clinical value and the features of MR images of the injured ligaments of the knee joints.Methods The MRI findings of 36 surgically or arthroscopically or clinically confirmed injured ligaments of the knee joints were retrospectively analyzed.Results 36 ligaments were injured, including 11 anterior cruciate ligaments, 5 posterior cruciate ligaments, 13 medial collateral ligaments, 4 lateral collateral ligaments, and 3 patellar ligaments. The injured ligaments displayed discontinuity, displacement, and marginal haziness, swelling with high signal intensity.Conclusions MRI could accurately demonstrate the positions and the serious degrees of the injured ligaments, and correctly detect the complications. MRI is an ideal and non-invasive technique in the diagnosis of the injured ligaments of knees.
