摘要
针对新疆油田陆9井区的中、高渗砂岩油气藏的储层特点,在优选出钻井液基本配方的基础上,运用分形理论对储层孔喉和暂堵剂颗粒的尺寸与分布进行了分析,从而优选出颗粒尺寸及分布与储层孔喉尺寸及分布相匹配的暂堵剂,采用能起架桥作用和填充作用的颗粒状暂堵剂以及可变形的油溶性暂堵剂复配使用的广谱暂堵技术。实验结果表明,应用分形理论优选的暂堵配方具有较好的暂堵效果,可有效地避免储层受到严重损害;采用该优选方法能使岩心的渗透率恢复值明显提高,侵入深度明显降低,较好地解决了该地区高渗油气藏的储层保护问题;暂堵剂对钻井液性能有一定的影响,但只要加量适当,各项性能参数均能满足钻井工程的要求。
Based on formulation of drilling fluid optimized, a temporary plugging agent was screened out for intermediate and high permeability sandstone reservoir of Block Lu 9 in Xinjiang oilfield. Using fractal theory, dimension and distribution of the reservoir and temporary particles are analyzed respectively and the temporary agent has dimension and distribution compatible with that of the reservoir. Multi-functional temporary plugging technology employs particles acting as bridging agent and packing agent, and oil-soluble agent which changes its shape when needed. Test results show the plugging fluid formulation optimized with fractal theory performs effective plugging ability, prevents formation to be severely damaged. Using this technology, core permeability recovery was substantially increased and contamination degree was evidently decreased. Problems of formation damage in this block were solved. The agent has some influence on the properties of drilling fluid, but with suitable dose, all parameters will meet requirements of drilling operation.
