超早期低温疗法对脑卒中神经功能康复的影响 被引量:2

摘要 脑卒中超早期应用冰帽行头部局部降温以达到脑部低温治疗的目的,可降低缺血区血流量、减轻局部脑水肿、降低脑细胞耗氧量、减轻自由基等有害物质的堆积、避免或减轻缺血瀑布效应的损伤、起到保护缺血半暗区脑细胞功能的作用,对神经功能的康复有积极影响,可缩短神经功能缺损的康复时程。低温治疗时机为发病后24h之内,持续时间24~48h。
