Application of CAE technology to die design of rear axle casing casting on bus is introduced.By using Huazhu CAE/Inte cast software system to analysis the filling and solidification process for the rear axle casing.Any defects such as shrinkage hole and porosity are predicted.Optimal design to casting die is carried out.
