支撑喉内窥镜下喉吸引旋切技术对保留发音功能的作用(英文) 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨喉吸引旋切微创术的安全、精确、有效快速性能及在保留喉部结构完整及发音功能方面的特征。方法将特殊定制的喉吸引旋切刀应用于喉常见疾病的住院患者23例,在支撑喉内窥镜数字成像系统的监视下,用动力系统驱动喉吸引旋切刀切除喉部病灶,从而完成手术,并对手术前后的电子喉镜检查结果进行比较。结果全部手术时间较传统方法或者喉显微镜下手术明显缩短,手术视野始终保持清晰,切割范围小而精确,随访23例患者喉发音功能恢复良好或者保留了发音功能。结论在支持喉内窥镜数字成像系统监视下,喉吸引旋切技术简单、安全实用,在发音外科保留患者喉功能方面有独到之处。 Aim To investigate the safety,accuracy and rapidness of laryngeal microresecting technique and characteristics of reserving integrity of laryngeal structure and vocal function.Methods Twenty three inpatients with laryngeal commonly encountered disease were treated with the special shaver blade with the aid of a rigid telescope with video system and a Hollinger style laryngoscope and the examination results of electronic laringoscopy before and after operation were compared.Results It was found that the whole operating time was much shorted than that of traditional method or operation under microlaryngoscopy and the operational sight was kept always clear with little cut coverage and accuracy.After follow up,23 cases achieved good vocal function or the vocal function was kept.Conclusion The laryngeal microresecting technique under laryngoscope and rigid telescope with video system presents the advantages of simplicity,safety and utility and shows especial value in reserving laryngeal function in phonation surgery.<P>
