摘要
目的探讨Fas相关死亡域蛋白(FADD)在增生性瘢痕(HS)各个时期的表达变化以及与HS演变的关系。方法采用原位杂交与图象分析系统相结合的方法,定量观察FADD(2份,取自同一部位样本)在HS增殖期、成熟期和消退期的表达分布及表达量。结果FADD在HS成熟期的表达量犤面度(9.36±0.92),平均光密度(1154±68)〗是增殖期犤面度(4.72±0.35),平均光密度(552±32)〗的2倍,是消退期犤面度(1.88±0.12),平均光密度(218±16)〗的5倍;FADD阳性信号主要见于表皮棘层、真皮网状层,以及部分血管。结论FADD表达与增生性瘢痕演变密切相关。
