微创冠脉搭桥术后患者拔除气管插管前后血气值的对比分析

Changes of Blood Gas before and after Early Tracheal Extubation in Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Patients

目的 了解微创冠脉搭桥术后患者拔除气管插管前、后的血气值变化,为护士采取相应的护理措施提供依据。方法 采用自身对照研究,对16例非体外循环心脏跳动下冠状动脉旁路移植术(off-pump coronary artery bypassgrafehy,OPCABG)后患者早期拔除气管插管前、后血气值进行对比分析。结果 拔管后,患者的氧分压较拔管前有显著提高,二氧化碳分压虽略有增高但在正常范围内,碳酸氢根及血球压积无明显变化,血pH值稍有降低但在正常范围内。结论 对OPCABG患者早期适时拔除气管插管,同时给予有效的肺部护理是安全而有效的。

Objective To investigate changes of blood gas before and after early period of tracheal extu-bation in patients who underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting ( OPCABG). Methods Blood gas was measured before and after the early period of tracheal extubation in 16 postoperative patients, and the results were compared and analyzed by auto - control. Results PaO2 increased greatly; PaCO2 increased and pH decreased, though they were within the normal ranges; there was no significantly different changes in HCO3- and Hct as compared with the results before extubation. Conclusion Early tracheal extubation , when assisted with effective pulmonary nursing care, is safe and effective for OPCABG patients.
