摘要
目的 观察胃癌术后早期肠内营养支持的治疗效果和护理方法。方法 20例因胃癌行根治手术的患者,在术后24h内开始从空肠造口管滴入肠内营养制剂,观察比较术前和营养支持7d后血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、体重、体质指数和卡氏行为状态评分值。结果 所有患者均按计划完成7d营养支持治疗,血清白蛋白、体重、体质指数等指标较术前增高,但无显著性(P>0.05);血清转铁蛋白、前白蛋白和卡氏行为状态评分值较术前显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 在加强护理监护下,胃癌患者实施术后早期肠内营养是可行有效的。
Objective To observe the outcome of early enteral feeding after gastric cancer operation and summarize the nursing experience. Methods 20 patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical operation were nourished via jejunostomy within 24 h after operation. Serum albumen, pro -albumen, trans-ferrin, weight, body mass index treatment and KPS before operation and at 7 d of nutritional support were compared and analyzed. Results All patients completed the 7 d enteric feeding as scheduled. Serum albumen , weight, body mass index were higher than those before operation, though the differences were not statistically significant ( P > 0. 05). Pro-albumen, transferrin and KPS were significantly higher than those before operation ( P <0.05). Conclusion Under careful nursing, early enteric feeding after gastric cancer operation is feasible and effective.
