对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施痰液诱导的安全性研究

Safety of Sputum Induction in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的 寻找一种快速准确的收集慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者下呼吸道痰液的方法,并探讨其安全性。方法 对30例COPD患者用痰液诱导法收集下呼吸道的分泌物并进行监测。结果 30份痰液标本均为合格标本,患者均能较好地耐受本次实验,未出现较大副作用。结论 使用痰液诱导法对COPD患者进行痰液收集是安全有效的,但在诱导过程中发生了轻微的支气管痉挛,因此,在痰液诱导过程中应定时监测肺活量。

Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a sputum collection method in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Secretions of the lower respiratory tract were collected by the method of sputum induction from 30 COPD patients. All patients were monitored during the procedure of sputum induction. Results Thirty sputum samples were eligible. All 30 patients were able to tolerate the entire induction procedure. Conclusion The induction method is safe for sputum collection in patients with COPD. As some patients had mild induction - related bronchospasm during sputum induction, monitoring the pulmonary function during the rpocedure is necessary.
