摘要
目的 :观察川芎嗪联合氨胍对糖尿病大鼠肾脏转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)表达的影响。方法 :用链脲佐菌素制作糖尿病大鼠模型 ,ig川芎嗪、氨胍和川芎嗪联合氨胍治疗 ,分别于第 12周用免疫组化法观察各组大鼠肾皮质转化生长因子 β1表达的变化。结果 :糖尿病大鼠较正常大鼠肾皮质TGF β1的表达明显增强 ,在肾小球上皮细胞尤为明显 ;川芎嗪治疗组和氨胍治疗组大鼠肾皮质TGF β1表达比未治疗组明显减弱 ,但仍高于正常对照组 ,而川芎嗪联合氨胍治疗组肾皮质TGF β1表达基本正常。结论 :川芎嗪联合氨胍治疗可抑制糖尿病大鼠肾脏TGF β1的过度表达。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of treatment with tetromethylpragine (TMP) and Aminoguanidine (AG) on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Diabetic rts were induced by streptozotocin (STZ). They were divided into 5 groups: normal control group, diabetic group including untreated group, tetromethylpragin treated group, aminoguanidine treated group and tetromethylpragine and aminoguanidine treated group. The expression of TGF β 1 (transforming growth factor) in renal cortex of each group were observed by immunohistochemicl staining after 12 weeks. Results: The expression of TGF β 1 in renal cortex of TMP and AG treated group and normaal control group ws alike. The expression of TGF β 1 in renal cortex of TMP treated group and AG treated group decreaced significantly than untreated group, but was still bove normal level. Conclusion: The mechanism of treatment with TMP and AG on diabetic nephropathy may be by inhibiting TGF β 1 over expression in kidney of diabetic rats.
