六味地黄汤及其补、泻组分的抗衰老作用及机制

The anti-aging acion of Liuweidihuang Decoction (六味地黄汤) and its mechanism

目的 :研究六味地黄汤方及其补、泻组分对衰老的影响及作用机制。方法 :用同步果蝇研究对果蝇生存期的影响 ;通过D 半乳糖小鼠衰老模型研究对血清SOD、MDA含量及对脑和性腺组织端粒酶活性的影响。结果 :六味地黄汤全方能延长果蝇生存期 ,提高衰老模型小鼠抗氧化能力和组织端粒酶活性 ;三补组分能延长果蝇生存期 ,提高衰老小鼠组织端粒酶活性 ;三泻组分能降低衰老小鼠血清MDA水平。结论 :六味地黄汤及其补、泻组分通过不同途径提高机体抗衰老能力。

Object: To research the anti aging action of Liuweidihuang Decoction (LWD) and its Bu and Xie ingredients (补?泻组分). Method: Use drosophil to research the action of LWD and its Bu and Xie ingredients on surviving time; Use D galactose reduced aged model mice to research the action on the serum SOD,MDA content and activity of telomerase in brain and sex gland tissue. Result: LWD can prolong the surviving time of drosophil, improve the anti oxidation ability of the aged model mice and increase its telomerase activity. The three Bu ingredients (三补组分) can prolong the surviving time of drosophil, increase the telomerase activity of aged model mice;the three Xie ingredients (三泻组分) can decrease the MDA level in mice serum. Conclusion: The LWD and its Bu and Xie ingredients can improve the the body anti aging ability through different mechanism.
