Study on pharmacodynamic effect of Gangnianling Capsule (更年灵胶囊)

更年灵胶囊 2 .0和 1.0 g/kg明显抑制正常和老年小鼠的自主活动 ,缩短戊巴比妥钠催眠潜伏期 ,延长睡眠时间 ,对抗由苯丙胺和尼可刹来诱导的小鼠中枢兴奋或惊厥 ,抑制麻黄所致的小鼠汗腺过度分泌 ,刺激老年小鼠肾上腺组织增生 ,对阴虚和阳虚模型小鼠细胞免疫功能具有明显的改善作用 ,提示更年灵胶囊对更年期综合症相关症状可能有明显的保护作用。

To observe the main pharmacodynamic effect of Gengnianling (GNL) Capsule on the symptoms relative to woman's menopausal syndrome. The results showed that at doses of 2.0 and 1.0g/kg GNL capsule could significantly reduce spontaneous motions of adult or old mice, shorten the hypnogenetic latent period induced by pentobarbital and extend the sleeping time. At both doses of 2.0 and 1.0g/kg, GNL capsule could resist nerve central excitation or convulsion induced by benzedrine or nikethamide. It could also inhibit excess excreting sweat gland which was induced by Mahuang (麻黄), and stimulate hyperplasia of adrenal gland tissue in old mice. In addition, it could significantly improve the cell mediated immunity function in Yixu (阴虚) and Yangxu (阳虚) mice model. These results suggested that GNL capsule has obvious protection on the main symptom of the woman's menopause syndrome.
