研究了三聚氰胺树脂微胶囊化耐晒黄 -G的特点和工艺步骤 ,以提高其热稳定性。讨论了乳化分散剂、三聚氰胺与甲醛摩尔比、三聚氰胺囊材用量和反应 pH值对产品性能的影响 ,确定了最佳工艺条件。采用差热分析(DTA)
This article has described the features and technology of melamine encapsulated light-fast yellow G pigment for improvement of its heat stability. It has discussed influence of emulsification and dispersant, mol ratio of melamine and formaldehyde, encapsulating melamine amount, and pH value on the properties of product. The optimal technology conditions were given. The pigment was characterized with differential thermal analysis (DTA) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
