农民要增收 还得“走出去”

Going out"is a good way to increase the income of Chinese farmers

我国农民收入增长趋缓的真正原因是农业人口过多。改变这种状况的唯一出路是让更多的农民“走出”农业 ,“走出”农村 ,到非农产业和城镇“觅食”。在这个前提下 ,进行农业经济结构调整 ,推进农业产业化经营 ,提高农业经济效益 ,使留在土地上的那部分农民的收入也得以提高。这样一来 ,农民的增收就有希望。

The real reason why the income of Chinese farmers is increasingly slow is the surplus rural labor.The only outlet to solve this issue is to make more farmers go out of rural area and seek job in cities and in non agricultural industries.After doing that,we should then restructure our agriculture,push forward the industrialized operation of agriculture,and improve the efficiency of agriculture.In this way,increasing the income of farmers might have a promising future.
