摘要
该文通过对我国农用地估价现状和估价方法的分析,从农用地估价与GIS技术结合的客观需求与技术可行性出发,总结目前同类系统的开发模式,以农用地价格学、信息系统学和计量地理学为基础,探讨基于地理信息技术实现农用地估价在方法上的创新,基于组件式GIS平台SuperMap开发经验进一步分析其技术实现过程。
According to analyzing of trend of geographic information system and the situation of farmland price assessment, this paper puts forward that applying information system is a new trend of farmland price assessment. It also provides the exploiture modes of the information system application. And based on theory of farmland price assessment,technique of geographic information system and methods of the quantitative geography, it discusses the amalgamation methods of farmland price assessment and GIS. By embedding the SuperMap Actives into Visual Basic 6.0 it expounds the technical methods.
