摘要
"工匠精神"的提出和流行,不仅是当代中国制造行业转型升级和品质革命的需要,更关系到当下中国社会的精神状况和道德期许。工匠精神意味着"努力把事情做好"的坚守,成为"一个纯粹的人、一个有道德的人、一个脱离了低级趣味的人,一个有益于人民的人"。因而,贯彻落实立德树人根本任务,使工匠精神蕴含的美德追寻和人格修养融合贯穿于国民教育体系,也就构成了培育工匠精神最为根本和坚实的方法路径。
The proposition and popularity of'the craftsman’s spirit',is not only ascribed to the urgent transformation,the upgrading and quality revolution of China’s manufacturing industry,but also concerns the spiritual condition and moral expectation in contemporary China.The craftsman’s spirit means'doing a job well for its own sake',consequently making one'a pure-minded man,a man of moral integrity and without low taste,a man who is of value to the people'.Thereby,the the most fundamental and concrete way to cultivate the craftsman’s spirit is to foster morality and promote all-round development of people,which embraces necessarily pursuing the virtues and the ideal human personality in the spirit,and exercise this pursuit throughout the national education system.
