“一带一路”建设中的共青团工作及其面临的挑战

青年是国家的未来,是实现"一带一路""民心相通"的生力军。"一带一路"推动青年就业与创业,为中外青年交流实践提供平台。目前,青年对"一带一路"的意识较为淡薄,存在一定的认知误区,对"一带一路"参与度较低。共青团在引导青年认识与参与"一带一路"建设中扮演了重要角色。加强"一带一路"建设中的青年工作,需要共青团建立联动工作机制,制定"一带一路"青年工作规划,加强复合型人才培养,开展"一带一路"沿线国家青年精英培训与交流活动,推动中外青年参与"一带一路"社会实践活动等。

Youth is the future of the country and a new driving force to promote the people to people dialogue of'One Belt and One Road'.'One Belt and One Road'promotes youth employment and entrepreneurship and provides a platform for Chinese and foreign youths to exchange ideas.However,young people’s awareness of'One Belt and One Road'is relatively weak.There exist some cognitive errors,and the youth participation of'One Belt and One Road'is relatively low.The Communist Youth League plays an important role in guiding young people’s understanding and participating in the construction of'One Belt and One Road'.To strengthen youth work,it is necessary for the Communist Youth League to establish a linkage working mechanism,formulate a youth work plan for'One Belt and One Road',strengthen the training of compound talents,carry out the training and exchange programs of young elites along the'One Belt and One Road'initiative countries,and promote the participation of Chinese and foreign youth in the'One Belt and One Road'initiative.
