高校学生张扬个性与随波从众的思想矛盾探微

Research on the Ideological Contradiction Between College Students’ Showing Personality and Following the Crowd

高校学生在面对多元、开放、动态的社会时,一方面他们随波从众也渴望张扬个性;另一方面他们张扬个性也会选择主动从众。其思想矛盾主要表现在无所适从的择业观、逐渐异化的消费观和疏离与狂热并存的情感观上。究其原因主要是:一是自身原因,高校学生处于自我意识易冲突的过渡期;二是外在因素,高校思政工作的时效性与针对性有待加强;三是新时代、新矛盾、新常态的时代背景因素。应对高校学生的思想矛盾可从以下两个方面着手:一是正确引导学生独立人格与思辨能力的塑造,二是切实增强高校思想政治教育的魅力。

College students face a diverse,open and dynamic society.On the one hand,they are eager to show their personality,but on the other,they will take the initiative in following the crowd.The ideological contradiction of showing personality and following the crowd is mainly manifested in the incomprehensible concept of career choice,the gradual alienation of consumption,and the emotional view of alienation and fanaticism.The reasons are mainly divided into three points:Firstly,the self-cause is that college students are in a transitional period of self-consciousness and conflict.Secondly,external factors are that the timeliness and pertinence of college ideological and political work ought to be strengthened.Thirdly,we are now in a new era,new contradictions,and new normal.There are two countermeasures:firstly,to correctly guide the formation of students’independent personality and critical thinking ability;secondly,to enhance the real charm of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
