摘要 大力发展全球风能、太阳能、水能等可再生能源,实现全球清洁能源共享,是构建全球能源互联网的重要驱动力。通过对中国与全球可再生能源发展情景的比较分析,阐述了中国和全球可再生能源发展之间的相似性。在对中国与全球可再生能源发展现状分析的基础上,总结了中国可再生能源发展的相关经验及存在问题。针对这些问题,提出了相应的解决思路和措施,即通过源—网—荷—储及市场共同协调,促进可再生能源健康稳步发展。最后,通过分析全球能源互联网的发展需求和现有基础,提出了中国可再生能源发展对建设全球能源互联网的启示和建议。 Vigorously developing global renewable energy such as wind energy, solar energy and hydropower and realizing global clean resource sharing are important driving forces for building the Global Energy Interconnection(GEI). Through the comparative analysis of renewable energy development and global energy renewable energy development scenarios, this paper expounds the similarities between China and global renewable energy development. Based on the analysis of renewable energy development and the status quo of global renewable energy development in China, this paper summarizes the relevant experience and problems of renewable energy development in China. According to these problems, the corresponding solutions and measures are put forward, that is, through the source-network-load-storage and market coordination to promote the healthy and steady development of renewable energy in China. Finally, by analyzing the development needs and current foundation of GEI, insights and suggestions are proposed for the future development of renewable energy of the GEI construction.
