东北亚跨国互联电网的成本评估方法研究

Study on the Strategy of Cost Evaluation of Transnational Interconnected Electric System of Northeast Asia

针对跨国互联电网的各类参数在各国存在的差异及逐年变化的可能性、工程的接续性,根据单位容量年费用法,提出测算跨国互联电网方案的总费用现值的数学模型,结合2030年东北亚互联电网的算例进行实证及敏感性分析。同时讨论成本分摊方法。

Aiming at the continuity of the projects and the diversified indexes of transnational interconnected electric systems among varied nations which will be switched each year, The mathematic model to calculate total present value of schemes of transnational interconnected electric systems is demonstrated based on the strategy of annual fee method of unit capacity, with an example of 2030 transnational network of northeast Asia to conduct sensitivity analysis. Moreover, the strategy of cost allocation is discussed.
