摘要 随着中国现代交直流混合电网的不断发展,如何整合协调已有的各种控制子系统,构建现代电网的安全稳定智能协调控制系统越来越受到关注。首先总结了直流输电对交直流混合电网安全稳定性的显著影响,分析了电网中控制系统的现状,进而指出当前各种控制子系统都是为了解决电力系统发展过程中的各个问题而自然出现的,并非有计划性的统筹设计,缺乏来自系统全局角度的主动协调和趋优控制,"二次"控制系统需要向深度融合的物理信息系统演化。从系统论、控制论及协同论的观点入手,提出了构建分散—集中型现代电网智能协调控制系统的若干原则和总体框架,并举例阐述了体现这些原则的工程实例。 With the development of modern AC/DC hybrid grid, it attracts more attention that how to coordinate and integrate the different kinds of control subsystems in grid, and how to build the smart coordinated control system for security and stability of modern power grids. In this paper, the impact of HVDC on the stability of hybrid AC-DC power grid is summarized and the status of control systems is analyzed. It points out that the current control systems are built to solve individual problems in the development of power systems, therefore the control systems are not designed and planned as a whole. And there's lack of active coordination and optimization among the control systems, therefore, the control systems should evolve from secondary times to the deeply integrated cyber physical system. Based on the viewpoints of system theory and synergetic theory, the construction principles and general framework of smart coordinated control system in modern grid are proposed, and some engineering examples are illustrated.
