摘要
依据中国国家电网公司已建成的8条"大气污染防治行动计划"特高压工程,从受端区域减少燃煤机组发电量、受端地区减少散煤燃烧量,以及其相应的大气污染物、温室气体CO_2排放量的角度,对特高压工程建成后对大气环境的减排效益进行了评价。同时,以锡盟—山东特高压工程为例,使用WRF-Chem模式,结合气象、地理条件,从该工程实施后使得受端区域电源点发电量减少的角度,计算工程实施后北京、济南地区的大气环境PM_(2.5)浓度的降低值。
Based on eight UHV(ultra-high voltage) projects of "air pollution prevention and control plan" established by State Grid of China, this paper evaluated the Environment Benefit of the UHV projects according to the reduction of coalfired unit power generation, coal combustion, and the amount of the corresponding atmospheric pollutants and greenhouse gas emission in the power-receiving region. At the meantime, "Ximeng-Ji'nan" UHV project was selected as an example, the WRF-Chem model combined with the meteorological and geographical conditions was used to calculate the reduction of atmospheric PM_(2.5) concentration in Beijing, Ji'nan area after the implementation of the project from the perspective of the reduction of coal-fired unit power generation in the powerreceiving region.
