摘要
35kV交流汇集是目前海上风电场集电系统的通用集电方案。随着对海上风场单位成本降低的追求和技术的发展,海上风机单机容量越来越大。然而,由于35kV海底电缆热极限和通流能力的限制,单机容量的增大使得单根海缆上可连接的风机数目随之减少。随着海上风电场规模的扩大和单机容量的增加,如果仍采用35kV交流集电方案,海底电缆的数目势必增加,电缆投资及相应工程费用和难度也将增大。据此,提出了66kV交流集电方案,并基于一组典型案例,对35kV和66kV海上风电交流集电方案进行了技术经济性比对。进一步结合未来海上风电的发展趋势讨论了66kV海上风电集电方案的适用性。
For the offshore wind power collection, 35 kV AC collection is the most popular power collection system in the current market. To decrease the unit power cost of offshore wind farm and with the technology development, the capacity of single offshore wind turbine generator(WTG) becomes larger and larger. However, the WTGs connected to one submarine cable will decrease with the increase of the capacity of single WTG because of the thermal limitation and the limited current transmission capability of the cable. If 35 kV AC collection system is still used for offshore wind power, the number of submarine cables, the corresponding engineering cost and difficulty will increase with the capacity increasing of an offshore wind farm and single WTG. Therefore, 66 kV offshore wind power AC collection solution is proposed in this paper.Based on a group of typical cases, the technical and economical comparison are made between two solutions(35 kV and 66 kV).Considering the development trend of future offshore wind power, the suitable application of 66 kV offshore wind power collection system is further discussed.
