考虑碳排放和经济因素的断面功率调整优化方法 被引量:2

摘要 在大规模互联电网中,联络线潮流受两端电网功角的影响,易发生较大幅度的波动。以断面为单位进行输电网络的负载调整可有效降低系统运行风险。在进行断面功率控制时,为达到低碳减排的效果,提出了一种以包括机组原料使用成本和碳过排成本在内的广义发电成本为目标的断面功率优化控制方法。优化模型允许机组进行碳排放权交易,防止电价大幅上升,实现不同类别机组间资源优化配置。根据各机组的碳排放情况,提出准入标记,表示在减排机制下,机组是否具有断面功率控制资格。提出效益影响因子来使断面控制过程中综合效果较好的机组具有更高的调度优先级。使用IEEE 39节点系统进行了断面功率控制计算,结果验证了所提方法的准确性与优越性。 In the large-scale interconnected power grid,the current of tie lines is affected by the power angle at both ends,which is prone to large fluctuations.The load adjustment of the transmission sections can effectively reduce the system operation risk.In order to achieve low carbon emission in section power control,this paper proposes a power optimization control method aiming at minimizing the generalized production cost including fixed operation cost and carbon over-emission cost,allowing carbon emission trading,which can prevent the electricity price from rising sharply,and optimize the allocation of resources.According to the situation of units’carbon emission,an access symbol is proposed to indicate whether the unit is qualified for sections power control.The proposed benefit impact factor makes the units with better comprehensive effect have higher scheduling priority.The power control of the section is carried out using IEEE 39 nodes system.The calculation results verify the accuracy and superiority of the proposed method.
