考虑充电需求增长的充电站动态规划方法 被引量:4

Dynamic Planning Model of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Considering the Growth of Charging Demand

摘要 考虑到电动汽车保有量和充电需求不断增长的现状,在满足用户需求的基础上,提出电动汽车充电站的动态规划方案,使得充电站容量和数量可随充电需求的改变而不断扩展,同时实现充电站建设投资成本最小化。该方法以充电站综合建设投资成本最小为目标,采用自适应粒子群优化算法求解充电站静态规划模型,再根据需求量的改变采用多种方法对充电站进行动态规划。共提出3种不同的动态规划模型,分别为动态规划模型、优化选择动态规划模型与改进优化选择动态规划模型。算例分析充分验证了充电站动态规划方案的可行性与合理性,并比较了3种动态规划模型的优缺点。 Considering that the ownership and charging demand of electric vehicles are expanding constantly,a dynamic planning method of charging stations is proposed in this paper based on satisfying the user demands.The proposed method is aimed that the amount and capacity of charging stations will increase along with the change of charging demand,while the investment and construction cost of those stations are minimized.Firstly,it utilizes an adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem of static planning scheme,which is targeted at minimizing the comprehensive investment and construction cost of charging stations.Then,a dynamic planning based on the change of demand is proposed.Three dynamic planning methods are proposed in this paper:a simple dynamic planning,a dynamic planning based on optimal choice and an improved dynamic planning based on optimal choice.The feasibility and rationality of the dynamic planning schemes for charging station are fully verified by the case study.The advantages and disadvantages of the three dynamic planning models are also compared.
