高等职业技术教育一方面必须以适应性为宗旨 ,以职业技能为本位 ,不断提高学生的职业素质 ,形成高等职业技术教育的特色 ;另一方面 ,要立足于适应职业岗位的变化和可持续发展 ,培养学生的基本素质和综合职业能力 :指导学生学会做人 。

On the one hand, advanced vocational education must be aimed at adaptability and be based on vocational skills to improve students' vocational quality increasingly and to form the features of the vocational education.On the other hand, it shall base itself upon adapting the change of the demand of vocation and improve students' fundamental and comprehensive vocational abilities, that is, leading students how to act properly and paying attention to cultivating students' core abilities .
