摘要
介绍空气弹簧系统的构成、作用原理和技术发展。根据空气弹簧特性对转向架进行了分类。指出高柔性空气弹簧是无摇枕转向架二系悬挂装置的关键技术,其横向性能对车辆运行的平稳性有决定性的作用,并对蛇行运动稳定性有重要影响。提出了高柔性空气弹簧的改进和研制方向。
The configurations, working principles and technical development of the air spring system are described. Bogies are classi-fied by the air spring characteristics. It is pointed out that the high flexibility air spring is one of the key technologies for bolsterless bogie, andthat its lateral rigidity is decisive to the riding quality of vehicle and heavily influences the hunting stability. The improving and developing trendof high flexibility air spring is brought forward.
